2019 will see a series of interactive regional/local ESER events rolled out through the year. They will reflect a broad geographical and thematic variety of received proposals.

The Commission will actively participate in all the ESER 2019 events. We aim to exchange views with regional and local social economy stakeholders. Our focus is on current societal challenges and we will listen to stakeholder suggestions for future collaboration and co-creation of policies in social economy. 

In October 2019, all the ESER 2019 participating regions and cities will be invited to Brussels (during Finish Presidency of the Council of the European Union and European Week of Regions and Cities). There, we will exchange best practices and outline areas of future collaboration.  The ESER 2019 concluding event will also contribute to social economy community building where ESER 2018 pioneering regions and cities will be invited as well.
