Stakeholders from the postal, digital and e-commerce sectors will gather to exchange views on topics which are crucial for the future, in particular in the context of the future legislative debate on the postal regulatory framework.

This first forum also aims to consider the way regulators should consider interactions between postal sector transformation and competition. A further element will be sustainable universal postal service provision, including safeguards to protect end users.

The emergence of new players in the e-commerce market offers new opportunities to consumers but it also may create new regulatory challenges.

Finally, stakeholders will have the opportunity to discuss the ERGP work program for 2019 which will be out for consultation at that time.

The forum will take place from 10.00 - 17.00 (CET). Welcome coffee starts at 9.00 (CET).
