The training session will be held at their head office in Barcelona, Spain.

The training will be divided into two sessions:

• The first session will be provided by José Ma Del Valle, Director of IP consultancy Clarke, Modet & Co in Catalonia. He will introduce the subject and discuss how Spanish SMEs could enhance their trademark protection for technologies.
• The second session will be given by China IPR SME Helpdesk expert, Elio de Tullio, partner and founder of intellectual property law firm, De Tullio & Partners. Mr De Tullio will use specific case studies to demonstrate how to register a trademark, how to enforce IPR rights, and how to deal with trademark infringement in China.

The training will conclude with a Q&A session where participants are welcome to further discuss trade mark issues with the panellists.
