The China IPR SME Helpdesk is partnering with the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry for a training which will provide answers on gaining legal protection for product and packaging designs in China and provide a framework to develop a strategy for effectively protecting existing and future designs.

The training will feature an interactive exercise which will provide practical experience of developing a design protection strategy. This training is aimed at companies in the creative sector but any company investing in product or packaging design will find it useful.

There will be an opportunity for Q&A with the Helpdesk representatives.

The event is free to attend but is only open to European SMEs and intermediary organisations
