Slovakia hosted the 7th EQAVET Peer Review

Slovakia presented the practical aspects of the planned new validation system and the peers discussed its structure and the elements of quality assurance to help improve the model before extending the pilot project and adopting the legislation. Croatia organised the Eighth Peer Review of EQAVET
The Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adults (AVETAE) hosted the Peer Review (AVETAE). Seven EQAVET members participated as peer reviewers, including participants from Finland, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia and Spain. The Peer Review focused on the self-assessment process in the Initial Vocational Education and Training (IVET) system in Croatia. New case studies available from Italy and Greece
The virtual EQAVET Library has become richer with two new case studies. Germany hosted the sixth peer review

Italy hosted the fifth EQAVET Peer Review
The fifth peer review focused on quality assurance of initial vocational training pathways in Italy. With the newly developed IEFP (Istruzione e Formazione Professionale), Italy has for the first time a nationally unified VET pathway for young learners aged 14 and over. The event was hosted by the INAPP (National Institute for Public Policy Analysis) in Italy from 26 to 27 October 2022 and was attended by EQAVET network members from Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary and Spain.
