Average response time has been calculated based on data of requests that were answered between 01.01.2020 and 30.09.2020 taking into account the date on which the request was sent and the date when a reply was sent by the recipient of the request.

“Not answered” requests include pending requests and those which were withdrawn after the legal deadline. Requests, which were withdrawn by the sender before the legal deadline are excluded from the figures.
The chart does not report on requests sent in September 2020 as the legal deadline has not yet passed for all of them by the date when the page was updated (12.10.2020).
