Successful extension of IMI

On 15 November 2013, IMI has been opened for administrative cooperation under the e-commerce directivepdf.

Authorities can now use IMI to send requests to a counterpart in another Member State to take measures against an information society service provider (ISSP). Another workflow allows them to send notifications of measures they intend to take against the ISSP directly.

Access to IMI

Only registered users can access the Internal Market Information System (IMI).
