How do I register?
To register, please visit the registration page.
If you do not already have an EU login account, you will be asked to create one to access the registration page. Please find the instructions on how to create a EU login.
You can register to attend the event in person or as an online participant.

How can I attend the event in person?
Registrations for in-person participation will be on a first come, first-served basis. Please note that the number of seats at the venue are limited.
Once we have reached the maximum number of in-person registrations, you will still be able to register as an online participant to follow the event via a livestream or via WebEx.
Registrations are non-transferrable.
Venue
The Annual Research Conference 2023 takes place at the Charlemagne Conference Centre (Rue de la Loi 170, 1000 Bruxelles - Belgium) and on WebEx – the Conference is fully hybrid. The WebEx links will be available on the website.

The Organisers agreed favourable fees with two hotels located within walking distance of the Conference venue – please contact the reception desks for availability.
