Online eventImplementers Café #13
Preparing 2025 – Key events and communication initiatives.
Registration: Closed
Description
This year will be a crucial year for the Member States to go-live with their national Once-Only implementations and to boost the exchange of live evidence through the system. The Commission has made it a strategic priority to support the Member States in this process.
During the Implementers Café #13, the Commission will present key activities, events, and initiatives to support the go-live of the Member States in 2025.
For example, the Lithuanian and Commission organising teams will provide details on interactive workshops and other agenda items of the ‘Europe goes Once-Only – Lithuania edition’ event on 3-4 April 2025. In addition, the Portuguese team will share first-hand information about the forthcoming ‘Europe goes Once-Only – Portugal edition’ event scheduled for Q3 2025.
This Café will also offer useful insights on the ‘Once-Only Technical System Projectathon #6’. The participants will be invited to share their feedback on the domains, test cases and exploratory sessions of this testing event. Moreover, this Café will be a chance to debrief the latest meeting of the Gateway Coordination Group and discuss remaining questions.
Finally, the Commission will introduce two Once-Only communication initiatives:
- ‘EUREKA – Master the Art of Story’ is a 3-month programme that will support national coordinators, communications professionals, technical project leaders and passionate individuals involved in the OOTS in becoming effective OOTS Ambassadors, capable of telling compelling narratives about the system’s benefits.
- The ‘Once-Only Couch Conversations’ initiative aims to support the Member States in promoting their Once-Only success stories in the form of short and impactful pre-recorded interviews. The Member States will be able to use these interviews to promote their successes to a national audience.
This Implementers Café will provide more details on these initiatives and how to participate.
