Domibus 5.1.3 released

Domibus 5.1.3 is now available. This release, including important security enhancements and fixes, marks another step forward in our commitment to providing a robust and secure eDelivery Access Point sample implementation.

In version 5.1.3, we have addressed security challenges, especially for multitenancy, meaning environments with multiple simultaneous users. We have resolved a critical issue that previously allowed for the mixing of data across different user domains. Additionally, the update addresses a configuration error related to logging in multitenant environments by requiring precise domain names in configuration files.

Further bolstering security, we have remedied vulnerabilities in line with OWASP standards, reinforcing Domibus' defenses against a range of cyber threats.

This release also introduces several bug fixes that enhance Domibus' overall reliability and user experience. These include solutions to issues with logging after updates and domain switching for EU Login users.

Domibus 5.1.3 is backward compatible with 5.1.2 and earlier versions in the 5.1.x line. The upgrade is not mandatory but highly recommended.

Reminder

Support for both Domibus product lines, 5.0.x and 5.1.x, has been extended until Q2 2025. We advise upgrading to Domibus 5.2 (to be released in Q4 2024) before that.

For a smooth upgrade to Domibus 5.1.3, please follow the migration documentation (especially in case of a multitenancy setup), available along other release resources on Domibus v5.1.3.

For those new to Domibus or looking to deepen their understanding, we have resources to support you in deploying, configuring and integrating Domibus effectively.

As always, the eDelivery team is ready to assist with any questions or support needs.
