EUROPEUM-EDIC

EUROPEUM-EDIC was created through a European Commission decision in May 2024. It currently includes public organisations representing Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Slovenia. Other Member States and countries part of the European Economic Area (EEA) can also join the EUROPEUM-EDIC (as a member or an observer) by sending an application letter to the Chair of the Assembly Members. This new legal entity is currently in process of taking over the governance of EBSI, including the responsibilities and tasks previously overseen by the European Blockchain Partnership (EBP).

You can read about the EUROPEUM’s governance model in its statutes.
