Design of Marketing Solutions and Management for Non-Profit Organisations supported by open source software, which can be used by organisations to resolve problems in these areas.

C3 and D3 Agents Bank - training and consulting professionals with skills for using these products in supplying services to entities from the 3rd Sector. Production of a Proposal to Create a Q3 Program - Qualify the 3rd Sector, in view of including in the QREN-POPH a specific measure to support qualification of organisations and professionals from the 3rd sector, integrating the successful practices of the EQUAL - C3 and D3 projects. Good reception from the POPH, which includes a type of intervention directed at training-action projects for the social economy. The C3 and D3 partnership is executing the project Q3 - Qualify the 3rd Sector, which will permit intervention in 110 organisations.
