The European Commission cannot intervene in individual disputes between consumers and traders but national authorities, consumer organisations and the Network of European Consumer Centres can help you.

You bought a product or service in your own Members State? Then you can contact a competent national authority.

You bought a product or service from a trader in another EU Member State? Then contact the European Consumer Centre in your country.
