The European Commission cannot intervene in individual disputes between consumers and traders but national authorities, consumer organisations and the Network of European Consumer Centres can help you.
You bought a product or service in your own Members State? Then you can contact a competent national authority.
You bought a product or service from a trader in another EU Member State? Then contact the European Consumer Centre in your country.
You can also refer to the list of Consumer Organisations
If you have any other consumer policy related questions, contact the Europe Direct Contact Centre.
