• get practical online consumer advice that will help you save money and avoid problems when shopping and travelling in Europe
• find out what consumer rights you have if you do have problems with European purchases, bookings, holidays or rental contracts
• fill in an online complaints form if you have an unresolved complaint against a foreign European trader
