    Strasbourg (16 April) – Russia is seriously challenging European principles of sovereignty and rule of law and Russian propaganda is more aggressive than at the time of the Cold War, Commissioner Štefan Füle said during the Plenary debate of the European Parliament in Strasbourg on Wednesday. The discussion focused on Russian pressure on Eastern Partnership countries and in particular on destabilisation of eastern Ukraine.

    Brussels (10 April 2014) - Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy, Štefan Füle, met with Turkish Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu in Brussels today to discuss how to intensify the dialogue on key elements of EU-Turkey relations.

    Nicosia (8 April) - "There is no alternative to fair, comprehensive settlement and reunification of Cyprus" Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Štefan Füle said in Nicosia where he met leaders and political representatives of both communities to discuss the newest round of settlement talks. He also met representatives of business community and negotiators from both sides of the divided island.
