Jacob Callus – Malta (Easy-to-read version)
Jacob Callus is our champion from Malta.
Jacob has autism and dyscalculia.
Dyscalculia means he has trouble calculating
or understanding numbers.
Despite this,
Jacob went to university and studied
history, politics and law.
Jacob is now working
for Malta’s National Youth Council.
This is an organisation that represents young people
between 13 and 35 years old.
He is also working for the Rowing Club
of the University of Malta.
By sharing his story,
Jacob can show that people with disabilities
can take part in all things in life as everyone else.
