Description of the Organisation:
The DYPA Vocational Schools of Apprenticeship (EPAS DYPA) successfully integrate theoretical and laboratory training with paid internships. Currently, there are 50 EPAS DYPA in Greece serving as a bridge to the labour market. Students engage in both private and public sectors, participating in activities relevant to their chosen educational subjects. Over 30 specialisation fields are offered annually, covering technical sectors such as bakery and pastry, hairdressing, graphic arts, fabric and clothing, electricity works, thermohydraulic, IT, and more. Additionally, there are seven experimental EPAS DYPA with a focus on hospitality and tourism. The EPAS DYPA ensure that the majority of their graduates are easily enter the labour market in their respective fields of specialisation.
