The European Alliance for Apprenticeships is a multi-stakeholder initiative steered by the European Commission. The originator of the pledge is solely responsible for implementing the actions outlined in the pledge.
Description of the Organisation:The Regional Directorate of Primary and Secondary Education of Crete operates as a decentralised administrative public service under the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs of Greece. Situated in the city of Heraklion on the island of Crete, Greece, the RDPSEC is responsible for overseeing all school units and their teaching staff in the region of Crete. The main scope of the RDPSEC includes the implementation and coordination of educational policies set by the Ministry of Education, alongside supervising the execution of various education projects. The Directorate also manages and coordinates the administrative and educational operations of school units and other educational structures within the region. Additionally, RDPSEC supervises several specialised centres, including the Interdisciplinary Evaluation, Counselling and Support Centres, the Educational Centres for Environment and Sustainability, and the School of European Education of Heraklion (SEEH).
