Description of the Organisation:
Established in 1944, ILEPS' mission is to train future employees in the sports sector, equipping them to adapt to companies and navigate changes in the industry within a global economic context. Recognising the synergy between educational content and business acumen in training future managers, we introduced in 2009 the apprenticeship diploma. Apprenticeships not only allow students to acquire specific professional skills (with 2 out of 3 apprentices securing a first job from the training company) but also enable them to finance their studies and get paid. This creates a tangible social equity among students. The ILEPS Management Division offers apprenticeship training in three main areas of expertise: Events, Business and Marketing, Economics and Management. This year, the Management Pole comprises 187 alternating students (Professional License 2nd and 3rd year and Master Sciences of Management). We aim to continually adapt our programs, ensuring they are relevant and effective, and fostering partnerships with industry leaders to bridge the academic and professional worlds. Through these efforts, ILEPS not only maintains its legacy of excellence but also sets new standards in professional training in the sports sector.
