The European Alliance for Apprenticeships is a multi-stakeholder initiative steered by the European Commission. The originator of the pledge is solely responsible for implementing the actions outlined in the pledge.
Description of the Organisation:IDEC S.A. is a training provider and a consulting company which is specialized in the development of e-learning training courses, innovative training methodologies, management consulting and quality management. The last 30 years, IDEC S.A. has been involved in the development, management and implementation of European Projects focusing on education and training in the field of higher education, vocational education and continuous learning. IDEC has built a vast network of policy makers dealing with employment and career guidance, VET institutions and HEIs, adult training organisations, NGOs, chambers of commerce and SMEs at a regional, national and European level. IDEC S.A. has demonstrated expertise in enhancing apprenticeships and work based learning through the implementation of more than 15 European projects. As an organisation, IDEC S.A. has developed innovative digital tools and training materials through extensive research to ensure a quality standard of apprenticeships.
