Description of the Organisation:
At Cosentino Group we are specialists in the design, production and distribution of architectural and decorative solutions. To this end, we create top quality brands and products that provide more sustainable, innovative and functional solutions for both the home and public spaces, making us the perfect allies for interior designers and architects. In 2022, we had 45 students in work centres within the different corporate areas, including Quality, Finance, Marketing, Planning and Logistics, Production, Product and Innovation and Systems and Processes. 81% of the participating students completed their apprenticeship satisfactorily and continued to be linked with Cosentino either by taking up a permanent position, or by enrolling in our Impulsa FP programme, which offers professional apprenticeships to students who have completed their vocational training in an industrial branch through an employment contract in different industrial areas of the company.
