The European Alliance for Apprenticeships is a multi-stakeholder initiative steered by the European Commission. The originator of the pledge is solely responsible for implementing the actions outlined in the pledge.
Description of the Organisation:Since 2006, NQT has been supporting young graduates with a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher, who are under the age of 31 and come from underprivileged backgrounds, in their job search or apprenticeships. Since its establishment, NQT has established itself as a leading professional mentoring organisation in France. It is the first network of companies committed to equal opportunities, with more than 1,000 partners, including 750 sponsoring companies. Over 73,000 young individuals have already benefited from the program, thanks to the support of over 15,000 volunteer mentors. The mentoring program developed by NQT has proven successful: 70% of the mentored young individuals are recruited within an average of 6 months (24 weeks), matching their skills and qualifications.
