The European Alliance for Apprenticeships is a multi-stakeholder initiative steered by the European Commission. The originator of the pledge is solely responsible for implementing the actions outlined in the pledge.
Description of the Organisation:BİLSEK COOPERATIVE, KOOP SCHOOL project provides free training and consultancy services to 500+ cooperatives in Turkey, providing support in production, trade, sales and marketing, advertising, human resources management, and accounting. It aims to increase collaboration between women's cooperatives, financial advisors and field/system experts, providing trainings on change and strategy management, sector consultancy support, on-site field studies for women's cooperatives, and follow-up programs. It offers workshop trainings and operating services in traditional handicrafts, jewelry design, wood and carving, prosthetic nail making, ceramics and cooking, and a study on 3D printers among other planned projects. The Voyager School project aims to transfer skills to rural women and youth through training and consultancy services to raise their awareness of healthy agriculture, natural nutrition and value-added production, promote sustainable agriculture, and to develop the local economy.
