The European Alliance for Apprenticeships is a multi-stakeholder initiative steered by the European Commission. The originator of the pledge is solely responsible for implementing the actions outlined in the pledge.
Description of the Organisation:GAN Global is a multi-sector alliance that focuses on convening and connecting businesses, governments, and international organisations to promote work-based learning (WBL). Our vision is a future in which all individuals and businesses have the skills and competencies needed to thrive and contribute to society. Our mission is to drive action on WBL to achieve an inclusive and skilled workforce. We do this by advocating for WBL, including apprenticeships, and sharing best practices of our member companies. We implement projects on a global and local level through a multi-stakeholder approach involving both the private sector and policymakers. GAN’s global reach comes through local Networks, established in several countries across the globe, including in France and in Turkiye. Each GAN Network embeds the GAN concept within the national context so that while the broad aim of facilitating and promoting WBL is the same, the work program and ways of working are aligned.
