The European Alliance for Apprenticeships is a multi-stakeholder initiative steered by the European Commission. The originator of the pledge is solely responsible for implementing the actions outlined in the pledge.
Description of the Organisation:Consolida is a network of 21 social enterprises, cooperating with municipalities, profit and non-profit organizations, in the province of Lecco, Italy. These social enterprises are engaged in the Social-Health Care-Educational and job placement sectors. They support and accompany the empowerment and the citizenship of: family and minors; people with disabilities, early childhood, young people, elderly people, vulnerable adults for their work inclusion. Consorzio Consolida is member of APAF, the Lecco Apprenticeship Network counting 15 members. APAF manages and monitors the resources destined for basic/transversal training. The funding passes through the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies and is subsequently distributed by the Lombardy Region to the Lombardy Provinces. Consolida is engaged in second level Apprenticeships for internal services' staffing and as tool for labour inclusion of fragile people.
