Description of the Organisation:
The Fundación Empresa Familiar de Castilla y León (EFCL) is a non-profit which operates as a driver of community development through various projects. The Family Entrepreneurs of Castilla y León put their Foundation at the service of society so that young people have training and employment options and companies become more competitive, eliminating mismatches between educational supply and employment demand. Entrepreneurship, transversal capabilities, digitalisation, integration and sustainability are levers that the Foundation activates to promote the development of the community. It achieves this through the design and leadership of comprehensive actions to improve training, employability and corporate competitiveness. The Foundation has opted to develop initiatives in VET because it understands that training can help the most in achieving its goals.
