The European Alliance for Apprenticeships is a multi-stakeholder initiative steered by the European Commission. The originator of the pledge is solely responsible for implementing the actions outlined in the pledge.

SoftwareOne’s Academy is bridging the gap between education and the workplace by providing talented people with educational programmes, internships, and employment across the globe. Together with educational and technology partners, its programmes are packed full of learning experiences, designed to help learners maximise their potential and start, as well as advance, their tech careers. SoftwareOne Academy offers a unique Apprenticeship Program where our apprentices receive both Technical and Soft Skill Trainings. We follow a global approach of Apprenticeship and adapt this to the national laws and needs of our business. Within the program, apprentices learn, develop and create their own projects and skills.
