Peer Review on 'Targeting NEETs – key ingredients for successful partnerships in improving labour market participation' Oslo, Norway, 24 - 25 September 2015

This Peer Review presented the Norwegian labour market schemes and policies which aim to identify, assist or prevent NEETs (young people not in employment, education or training).

It also showed how the responsibilities are divided between employment services and relevant stakeholders in order to increase the chances for integration of NEETs.

The event provided opportunities for exchange with other European countries to discuss the key ingredients for successful partnership working in identifying and activating NEETs, what methods are being used to reach out and engage with NEETs and the most effective ways to improve the employability and reintegration of NEETs.

The Peer Review was hosted by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, Norway, as part of the Mutual Learning Programme.
