The idea is to connect three existing centres of expertise based in the USA and Europe. This is an open initiative, and all stakeholders are encouraged to help shape this important work. A goal of this work will be to set clear, achievable deliverables in the spirit of agile software development. An Open Testbed will offer an ideal setting for start ups and small companies to create and experiment innovation thus facilitating their access to market.
