Every day there will be interactive areas where you can:

  • Test your knowledge about food and exercise by taking part in the 'Food4Me Quiz'.  You will be surprised at what you learn and could even take home a prize!
  • Learn how packaging protects our food and how we can protect the environment when we dispose of it in the correct way.

Free resources for students, parents, teachers and the general public will be available on the theme of Food Research, Horizon 2020 – the EU's €80 billion Research & Innovation Programme (2014-2020) - and on the European Union in general.

Information officers from the European Commission Representation in Ireland, the EU's Joint Research Centre and the European Parliament Office in Ireland will be available to assist you with questions about EU policies.
