The Farnborough International Airshow is a show dedicated to the civil and military aviation industry. It is a week-long event which combines a trade exhibition open to the aerospace and defence industries with a public airshow. The first five days, Monday to Friday, are dedicated exclusively to trade, and at the weekend it opens to the public.
The Farnborough International Airshow alternates with the Paris Air Show, being held on even-numbered years, and these two events are the largest organised in global aviation.
