Event summary and presentations

The Societal Challenge 2 Info Day for the 2019 calls took place on 25 June 2018 in Brussels.

In the morning, Maciej Gorka, Head of Department at the Research Executive Agency, welcomed participants to this Info Day on 2019 calls of 2019. The plenary session focused on the following aspects:

• Insight into Horizon Europe 
• Agricultural research beyond 2020: the link between Horizon Europe and the new CAP
• Highlights of the 2019 calls
• Key facts on Societal Challenge 2 calls and guidance on successful preparation

In the afternoon, dedicated parallel sessions were organised per call with presentations on the topics of the 2019 Work Programme.
