EUREKA - Eurostars 2 - Public Consultation
The interim evaluation aims to take stock of the experiences in its implementation, identify critical issues that need to be addressed and propose adjustments when necessary, as well as contribute to the reflection on the development of research and innovation policy for the next programming period at the EU level.
The evaluation is conducted by a team of five independent experts appointed by the Commission and their work will be supported by an internet-based public consultation that was launched on 27 January 2017 and will remain open until 30 April 2017 .
The Eurostars-2 Joint Programme, like other Art. 185 TFEU initiatives, has many stakeholders - ministries in Member countries and Associated countries, funding agencies, companies, universities, RTOs, etc.- benefitting from the results of individual R&D projects. The survey aims at collecting all these stakeholders' opinions in view of contributing to the development of better EU-level policy support in the field of research and innovation.
