Call for proposals for the EU-Ukraine Cluster Partnership Programme

The EU-Ukraine Cluster Partnership Programme will mobilise EUR 3,000,000 to develop value chains interlinkages between EU and Ukrainian companies and foster clusters’ ability to offer EU and Ukrainian SMEs professional support and capacity-building.

Deadline:  04/06/2024

The EU-Ukraine Cluster Partnership Programme, funded by the Single Market Programme, marks a significant step towards fostering economic integration and cooperation between EU and Ukrainian business ecosystems. Set against the backdrop of global economic transitions, this programme will mobilise EUR 3,000,000 to develop value chains interlinkages between EU and Ukrainian companies and foster clusters’ ability to offer EU and Ukrainian SMEs professional support and capacity-building.

The programme includes activities such as twinning, training and benchmarking, aimed at equipping cluster organisations with the tools needed to support their members effectively. One of the key outcomes expected from the programme is the forging of cooperation agreements and joint projects among cluster and business network organisations from EU Member States or other countries participating in the SME pillar of the Single Market Programme (SMP) and from Ukraine, opening doors to new markets, investments and scaling-up opportunities for participating businesses.

The deadline to apply to the call for proposals is 4th June 2024.
