InnoBuyer is a project funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme. It brings together procurers and innovation suppliers (notably EIC supported SMEs) to jointly co-create solutions to a common challenge, while also facilitating the procurer adoption and the innovation supplier commercialization of the solution.

In a nutshell:

• InnoBuyer is fast: procurers and providers work together on innovative solutions to solve specific needs, and co-create a pilot in 10 months;
• InnoBuyer is sponsored: the EU project provides a €1.5M fund to support this new model for innovation procurement;
• InnoBuyer is secure: the InnoBuyer team facilitates and oversees the co-creation process all the way through.

• Identify and describe unmet innovation needs in your organisation;
• Identify solutions and providers for your innovation challenge;
• Co-create solutions with innovative companies during a 10-month period;
