Selection of observers: Commission expert group of competent authorities for the REACH and CLP Regulations (CARACAL)

Stakeholders who currently have an observer-status in the expert group CARACAL and would like to maintain their status must respond to this call for application to confirm their interest in remaining observers. Current status as observer does not warrant nor exclude an observer status in the future.

Background

This expert group is related to Regulation 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) and Regulation 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures (CLP).
