The subject of this call for tenders is a study that will assess the implementation of the Construction 2020 strategy so far, and provide recommendations for possible adjustments to the strategy taking into consideration the frameworks of EU flagship initiatives such as Energy Union, single market strategy, digital single market, circular economy and the forthcoming EU skills agenda.
