The purpose of this study is to examine and analyse the economic impact, in terms of costs and benefits, associated with the implementation of Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Construction Products Regulation — the CPR).

More specifically, the contractor shall analyse and describe the economic consequences of both European and national systems and structures, that are in place for any economic actors operating in the European construction sector. he focus should be on the various actions and procedures, either explicitly or implicitly demanded from these actors, within the practical application of the CPR-based structure.
