The subject matter of the framework contract in cascade is the provision of timely and appropriate support in preparing, implementing and evaluating the Copernicus programme with regard to the user-uptake of the Copernicus Services:
- LOT1: Support to Copernicus user uptake promotion, communication and dissemination activities
- LOT2: Support to the use and user uptake of Copernicus data and information
