Article 23 of Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011 on textile fibre names and related labelling and marking of fibre composition of textile products requires the Commission to submit a report to the European Parliament and the Council on the application of this Regulation.

The Commission services are currently gathering  information and opinions from different stakeholders to feed in this report.

For that purpose stakeholders stakeholders are invited to fill in the questionnaire below and return it to GROW-F4@ec.europa.eu by 15 February 2014
