The general goals of this service contract are to analyse the supply and the demand of specific skills requirements for key enabling technologies (KETs) , to benchmark policy initiatives and partnerships, to document best practices, to develop an action plan and implement a sectoral pilot to validate the policy recommendations and strengthen business-academia partnerships.
