This call for tender is linked to a call for proposals launched in parallel (call number 68/G/ENT/CIP/13/C/N02C011, "Building and Implementing Strategic Roadmaps of Demand-side Policy Measures to boost Demand for Industrial Innovations". Tenderers should not have any conflict of interest with regard to the above mentioned call for proposals. Tenderers have a conflict of interest if they participate in the above mentioned call for proposals as project leader, partner or subcontractor
