The objective of the European Commission as the EU Satellite Navigation Programmes Manager with this public procurement procedure is to assess which are the Commercial Service provision solutions that have the highest potential and make the best use of the infrastructure available, without precluding the use of information based on elements external to the system and the participation of the private sector in the service exploitation.
