The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Radio Bureau International Frequency Information Circular (BR IFIC) is a publication issued every two weeks, containing details of intended radio frequency use by new and existing satellite systems.

This information enables rational and efficient use of orbital and frequency resources. It is in the interest of satellite system operators to monitor the BR IFIC to ensure that new or modified systems do not cause harmful interference to their existing satellite systems.

The object of this call for tender is to sign a service contract to monitor the ITU BR IFIC ('satellite filings') and to carry out the technical analyses, to prepare and to participate in the annual "Resolution 609" Consultation Meeting of Global Satellite Navigation System (GNSS) operators.
