[P]The purpose of this call for tender is the provision of analytical reports related to innovation performance at national level and other related aspects, in particular, innovation in the public sector.[/P]

The reports to be produced are meant to influence innovation policy making at regional, national and European level.The European Innovation Scoreboard (EIS) activities should draw on and complement related EU activities, such as the Community Innovation Survey, the Science,Technology and Competitiveness key figures report and the European Cluster Observatory.
