In the framework of the dialogues launched by the EU with Russia and Brazil, the aim of the study is to carry out an in-depth comparative analysis of the standards with relevance for the textile/clothing, footwear and leather sectors between Europe and Russia on one side and Europe and Brazil on the other. It involves also the analysis of the nature of existing gaps between EN and GOST and Brazilian standards compared to ISO ones. The consultant has also to propose ways of convergence.
