An open call for tenders is launched by Directorate H (Aerospace, GMES, security and defence) of the European Commission’s Directorate General Enterprise & Industry (hereafter referred to as the DG) for a Framework service contract with 2 lots: one for the procurement of studies related to space policy, GMES and space R&D, and one for studies related to security R&D.
