Member States are confronted to important challenges when making decisions on the pricing and reimbursement of medicinal products. In this context, proposals submitted under this call are sought to create further transparency in the complex EU pricing and reimbursement landscape, in particular through the collection and development of common knowledge. A good basis of knowledge exists, but it is fragmented and spread within the different Member States. Mutual exchange of experiences and knowledge can - and should - therefore not only allow Member States to learn from each other, but could eventually be a basis for more consistent pricing and reimbursement policies in the EU.
