The European Commission intends to adopt a proposal for a revised Directive on the Safety of Toys in 2007. In preparation for a revision of Directive 88/378/EEC on the Safety of Toys, DG Enterprise and Industry asks all interested parties to contribute to the online consultation on possible modifications to be made to the current Directive on the Safety of Toys A report with the findings of this public consultation will be made available via this website.
