The object of the present call for tenders is to conclude a framework contract for the execution of the tasks of this programme to measure and reduce administrative costs in the EU. Overall, the services to be provided will essentially consist in setting up and running, for a period of 2 years, an international team of experts that will perform the required work for the Commission and national authorities in the Member States.
